As a Commercial Manager at FCC Environment, you will be responsible for selling and securing waste into Energy from Waste (EfW) and other facilities, ensuring spare capacity is maximised while delivering strong commercial performance. You will play a key role in driving growth by securing third-party waste inputs and working closely with internal teams to align pricing and strategy.
This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering the Feedstock Strategy for your area and contributing to long-term planning
- Securing and managing third-party waste inputs into EfW and other facilities
- Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Monitoring sales performance and reporting against targets
- Identifying and developing new commercial opportunities and services
- Gathering market intelligence and competitor insight to inform strategy
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior commercial or sales role, ideally within the waste industry
- Strong track record of delivering growth and achieving sales targets
- In-depth understanding of the waste market and industry landscape
- Highly developed commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
