As a Head Office Fleet & Plant Administrator at FCC Environment, you will provide professional administrative support to the Fleet & Plant Compliance Manager and the wider Fleet & Plant Teams. You will maintain accurate vehicle and mobile plant datasets, support compliance activity, and ensure all fleet-related administration is completed efficiently and on time.
This vacancy is for a full-time position, working five days per week.

What will you be doing?
- Provide day-to-day administration and support to the Fleet & Plant Teams
- Maintain accurate vehicle and plant datasets, records and service information
- Manage company car servicing, maintenance schedules and inspections
- Coordinate repairs, liaise with lease companies and handle fleet-related queries
- Track fleet costs, administer fines and support FORS/DVSA accreditation
- Update the Motor Insurance Database and run required comparison checks
- Support vehicle procurement, ordering and short-term hire arrangements
- Process vehicle tax renewals and liaise with DVLA
- Assist with compliance activities, including Operator Licence administration and OCRS monitoring
- Produce reports on fleet performance and key metrics
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams, suppliers and drivers
- Support employees with training and guidance on fleet policies
What are we looking for?
- Strong administrative experience (fleet/automotive head office desirable)
- Confidence using Microsoft 365, experience with SharePoint/Power Platform is a bonus
- Able to manage data, produce reports and understand basic fleet compliance
- Valid UK Cat B driving licence desirable
- Transport Management experience or the willingness to work towards it
- Adaptable, collaborative and able to build effective relationships
- Strong communicator with good problem-solving skills
- Comfortable influencing others and managing third-party contacts
- Willing to travel when required
