Project Management is the engine of the agency, running the day-to-day delivery of projects and balancing the need for exceptional quality and project profitability. The Project Manager will be key to this function by delivering a variety of projects to client requirements, on time, on budget and to the highest quality. Their role will be pivotal for building client relationships alongside Account Management, by helping clients navigate through complexities, and by providing clarity and organisation that ultimately leads to trust in FCB Health London's process and ethos.
You’ll be a success if you:
- Manage the internal delivery for all assigned projects
- Build, own, update and track project budgets and timelines using agency tools and templates
- Develop, own and update detailed project documentation throughout projects’ lifecycle
- Work across multiple projects of varying type and complexity simultaneously
- Manage the resourcing process for assigned projects
- Manage the trafficking of work and the Quality control process using designated agency tools
- Closely monitor progress against allocated projects on a weekly basis, to make sure that they are timely, resourced correctly and within budgets
- Prepare reports for the wider team as needed
- Input in finance processes and documentation
- Participate in client meetings and communications
- Work closely with all departments in the agency, as well as other network agencies and third parties
- Ensure stakeholders have visibility and sufficient information to progress work and inform decision making
- Analyse and escalate project risks, help develop mitigation plans to minimise disruption to successful delivery
- Participate in New Business proposals
- Work closely with Senior Project Managers and Head of Project Management, become an advocate of the company’s project delivery approach and help optimise processes and systems for effective project management
