AFCamara busca um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Backend Sênior, para atuar em parceria com uma grande empresa do segmento de Tecnologia da Informação e Serviços, com mais de 40 anos de mercado. Você fará parte de um time de alta performance, com autonomia e responsabilidade para criar e evoluir soluções robustas, escaláveis e seguras.
Main responsibilities- Desenvolver e manter aplicações web em React com arquitetura modular e reutilizável.
- Liderar decisões técnicas sobre arquitetura, padrões de código e melhores práticas front-end.
- Utilizar Claude Code para gerar, revisar e documentar código, além de criar testes automatizados.
- Integração de APIs REST e GraphQL, incluindo consumo e tratamento de dados.
- Garantir performance e acessibilidade das aplicações (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse).
- Orientar e mentorar desenvolvedores de níveis Pleno e Júnior.
- Colaborar com equipes de backend, UX/UI e produto.
- Implementar testes unitários e de integração (Jest, React Testing Library).
- Criar documentação técnica clara e atualizada.
- Participar de code reviews, propondo melhorias técnicas e de arquitetura.
- Obrigatórios: Experiência comprovada em desenvolvimento front-end com React.
- Profundo conhecimento de JavaScript (ES6+) e TypeScript.
- Experiência com gerenciamento de estado (Redux, Zustand, React Query ou similar).
- Conhecimento sólido de HTML5, CSS3, SASS/Styled Components.
- Experiência prática com Claude Code para apoio no desenvolvimento (ex.: geração de código, refatoração, explicação de trechos complexos).
- Experiência com CI/CD, Git e ferramentas de versionamento.
- Noções de segurança front-end (XSS, CSRF, Content Security Policy).
- Desejáveis: Experiência com Next.js.
- Familiaridade com testes E2E (Cypress/Playwright).
- Experiência com otimização de performance em larga escala.
- Conhecimento de práticas DevOps e cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP).
- Experiência em ambientes ágeis (Scrum/Kanban).
- Pensamento crítico e capacidade de diagnosticar problemas complexos.
