Buscamos um(a) Arquiteto(a) de Dados para atuar em projetos de alta complexidade, com papel estratégico na concepção, evolução e governança de arquiteturas de dados corporativas. Essa pessoa será responsável por desenhar soluções de dados robustas, escaláveis e seguras, atuando como elo entre engenharia de software, engenharia de dados, analytics, ciência de dados, arquitetura e negócio, garantindo que os dados suportem decisões estratégicas, produtos digitais e operações críticas. O contexto envolve grande volume de dados, múltiplas fontes e domínios, integrações complexas, arquiteturas distribuídas e forte necessidade de qualidade, observabilidade, confiabilidade e governança de dados.
Main responsibilities
- Atuar como Arquiteto(a) de Dados, sendo referência técnica para times de dados e engenharia
- Desenhar e evoluir arquiteturas de dados modernas, escaláveis e resilientes
- Definir padrões para ingestão, processamento, armazenamento e consumo de dados
- Projetar soluções envolvendo Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Lakehouse e Streaming
- Garantir requisitos não funcionais de performance, disponibilidade, segurança e escalabilidade
- Definir estratégias de governança, qualidade, lineage e catálogo de dados
- Garantir práticas de observabilidade de dados (freshness, volume, qualidade, SLAs/SLOs)
- Apoiar decisões técnicas junto a produto e negócio, traduzindo necessidades em soluções de dados
- Trabalhar de forma próxima com DevOps/SRE em arquiteturas cloud e automação
- Apoiar troubleshooting de problemas complexos relacionados a dados e pipelines críticos
Requirements and skills
- Experiência sólida como Arquiteto(a) de Dados, Data Architect ou posição equivalente
- Forte conhecimento em arquitetura de dados e sistemas distribuídos
- Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais, NoSQL e analíticos
- Vivência com plataformas de dados em cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP)
- Experiência com pipelines de dados (batch e streaming)
- Conhecimento em modelagem de dados (relacional, dimensional, data vault ou similares)
- Experiência com segurança, governança e controle de acesso a dados
- Capacidade de comunicação clara com públicos técnicos e não técnicos
- Visão sistêmica e orientação a soluções orientadas a dados
