The Financial Conduct Authority in London is seeking a Payroll and Flexible Benefits Team Leader on a fixed-term contract to 31 March 2027.

You will lead a small team delivering monthly payroll for ~4000 employees, and manage our flexible benefits offering and related processes.

You will oversee payroll contracts, budgets and forecasting, drive the benefits strategy, and ensure data integrity with our external providers, delivering timely payroll and pension processing.
