The Data, Technology and Innovation (DTI) division enables the FCA to be a digital-first, data-led smart regulator by delivering a secure, agile, and cost-effective technology and data ecosystem that drives better decisions, transparency, and operational efficiency. Sitting within DTI, the Advanced Analytics & Data Science Unit team develops the FCA's organisation-wide capability to drive an analytics-led regulatory approach.
Role responsibilities:
- Identify and shape high-value opportunities for applying AI across the organisation, enabling smarter, more effective regulatory outcomes.
- Facilitate structured discovery workshops with stakeholders to surface pain points, map processes and pinpoint where AI can deliver meaningful improvements.
- Translate business challenges into clear functional and non-functional requirements, working collaboratively with technical teams to design AI-enabled solutions.
- Manage and prioritise a pipeline of AI initiatives, partnering with data scientists and leads.
