The International Division leads our strategy for international engagement, working collaboratively across the FCA to ensure the organisation delivers on its international priorities.
This role is for the Manager of the Europe Strategy and Engagement Team which helps set, advise and deliver on the FCA's strategic engagement with European authorities and jurisdictions, and our global work on operational resilience, operational co-operation and wholesale markets. It enhances the FCA's capacity to meet its statutory and strategic objectives through high-quality international engagement, using a range of engagement methods and diplomatic approaches.
Role responsibilities:
- Lead and manage effectively a team of around 12 members, ensuring all are well-motivated, focused on clear goals and objectives, and able to deliver effective outcomes to the benefit of the FCA.
