Fast Credit is a growing financial services provider with 15 branches across the UK, with more locations planned as we continue to expand.
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Sales Assistant to join our branch team. Full training will be provided, so previous pawnbroking experience is not essential.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services, including pawnbroking, gold purchasing, retail and FX.
- Support gold assessment and valuation processes.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.
- Support branch sales and customer service targets.
- Keep the branch clean, organised and professionally presented.
- Assist with stock checks and branch security.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Pawnbroking or retail experience is preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or cash handling is an advantage.
- Friendly, confident and customer-focused approach.
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling cash and customer property.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Full flexibility to work from Monday to Sunday is required.
- Speaking additional languages, particularly Russian, Romanian or Tamil, is an advantage as we serve a diverse range of customers.
