Job Title: National Software Sales Manager

Location: Remote (UK-based)

Job Type: Full-time (35 hours/week)

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for software and a talent for building lasting client relationships? We’re hiring a National Software Sales Manager to lead the growth of a new financial software product across the UK.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation to closing and onboarding
  • Drive new business and expand key accounts in the banking and financial sectors
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and data teams to deliver a seamless sales strategy
  • Present software solutions to executive and C-level stakeholders
  • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets and KPIs

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years’ experience in SaaS or financial software sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and business planning skills
  • Experience with data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, LSE) is a plus
  • Home-based with flexible working
