Quantity Surveyor County Antrim £35,000 plus Our clients are a specialist building contractors, carrying out projects in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. They are actively seeking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team. Monday to Friday with 1 or 2 days a week in the head office, the rest will be out on site. Day to Day: Pricing B.O.Q and Schedule of Works. Measurements and Take Offs. Preparing and coordinating of tenders for submission. Site Remeasure. Quantifying variations & submitting to Design Team. Preparing monthly Valuations & Final Accounts. Experience 3rd level degree in Quantity Surveying. 4 plus years experience as a QS. Full driving licence.
