Key Responsibilities:
Growth and Strategy Support
- Assist in implementing strategies to expand the service and meet target patient numbers.
- Contribute ideas and execute initiatives to drive growth and innovation.
Sales and Market Development
- Execute sales initiatives to meet growth targets and support the Business Development Manager with lead generation and closing opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
- Nurture and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring loyalty, satisfaction, and engagement with company services.
- Build new customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that improve their quality of life.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers, leadership, operations, and finance teams to deliver on outcomes effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles (preferably in healthcare or medical equipment).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with project management and CRM software.
