FBR Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a house builder for a site in Dorset. They now seek a site manager to join the business on a permanent basis. The role is to start March 2026 and the salary will be discussed and will include package.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing trades
- Managing programmes
- Working closely with an assistant
- Ensuring everything is to budget
- Chairing internal and external meetings
- Completions and CML's
- Snagging
- Toolbox/induction talks
- Ensuring health and safety is of high priority across the site
You must have a proven record of working successfully on previous housing developments. They are looking for somebody with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, who is a strong leader, has good communication skills and is IT proficient. You must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid all in date to be considered for this role. You must be proactive, hardworking, a problem solver and somebody who is out on site pushing it along. They want somebody who takes pride in what they build and who wants a long-term career of progression.
