Multi-Trader in Northam

FBR Recruitment are looking for an experienced Multi Trader for 1 week ,working across a range of housing properties carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.\\n\\nRole Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Carry out a variety of trade skills including basic carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and general repairs\\n\\n * \\n\\n Complete refurb and maintenance tasks on void or occupied properties\\n\\n * \\n\\n Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues on site\\n\\n * \\n\\n Work independently to a high-quality standard\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience as a Multi Trader / Multi Skilled Operative\\n\\n * \\n\\n Good skills in several trades (carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, etc.)\\n\\n * \\n\\n CSCS card desirable but not essential\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to work alone and manage your own workload\\n\\nWhat We Offer:\\n\\n * \\n\\n £22 per hour, weekly pay\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supportive and reliable team\\n\\n * \\n\\n Local work across grouped sites\\n\\nIf you are interested and meet the requirements please contact Kinga @ FBR Recruitment
