An immediate role has come to fruition for a Fire Risk Assessor / Technical Fire Consultant to join our friendly team in the Newbury region. This is a marvellous opportunity for a technically strong professional with excellent report writing skills to work on complex commercial and residential projects, including:
- Compartmental surveys
- External wall investigations
- PAS 9980 / FRAEW-style assessments
- Complex residential Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs)
You will be joining a team that values technical excellence, clear communication, and a shared commitment to delivering independent, evidence-based advice to make buildings safer.
Requirements:
- UK - based only (unable to sponsor visas)
- Level 4 Fire Risk Assessment qualification (or working towards)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential FRAs
- Strong technical judgement and report writing capability
Desirable Skills:
- Level 3 Passive Fire Protection, Fire Door Inspection qualification, and experience with PAS 9980 or external wall systems.
