FBR Recruitment are looking for an experienced Multi Trader for 1 week, working across a range of housing properties carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
Role Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of trade skills including basic carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and general repairs
- Complete refurb and maintenance tasks on void or occupied properties
- Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues on site
- Work independently to a high-quality standard
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader / Multi Skilled Operative
- Good skills in several trades (carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, etc.)
- CSCS card desirable but not essential
- Ability to work alone and manage your own workload
