FBR Construction Recruitment Limited is recruiting an experienced CPCS 360 Excavator Operator to join a major long-term construction programme near Fordingbridge. This role offers excellent continuity of work, competitive pay, and the chance to be part of a high-profile infrastructure project.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operating 360 excavators safely and efficiently up to required tonnage
- Excavation for drainage, foundations, ducting, and utilities
- Assisting with bulk earthworks and trenching operations
- Supporting groundworks and civils teams as needed
- Loading and offloading materials
- Working around live services and within a controlled water industry environment
- Daily machine checks, maintenance, and reporting defects
- Adhering to all site health & safety procedures and environmental regulations
Requirements
- Valid CPCS Blue 360 Excavator Card
- Proven experience operating 360 excavators on civil engineering projects
- Experience on water treatment or utilities sites is advantageous
- Ability to work safely in a high-risk environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
