We are seeking an Intermediate MEP / Construction Quantity Surveyor to support live projects across commercial fit-out and high-rise residential developments in Central London. This is a delivery-focused role working closely with project and commercial teams — not a pre-construction position.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial management support on live MEP and construction projects
  • Dealing with applications for payment, valuations and cost reporting
  • Carrying out take-offs and estimating for variations and ongoing works
  • Assisting with subcontractor accounts and cost control
  • Supporting the commercial team through project delivery to final account
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and forecasts

Requirements

  • Experience as an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor within MEP and construction
  • Strong commercial fit-out and/or high-rise residential project experience
  • Good construction awareness with an understanding of MEP packages
  • Comfortable learning and using new computer systems (training provided)
  • Organised, commercially aware, and able to work within a live project environment
