We are seeking an Intermediate MEP / Construction Quantity Surveyor to support live projects across commercial fit-out and high-rise residential developments in Central London. This is a delivery-focused role working closely with project and commercial teams — not a pre-construction position.
Responsibilities
- Commercial management support on live MEP and construction projects
- Dealing with applications for payment, valuations and cost reporting
- Carrying out take-offs and estimating for variations and ongoing works
- Assisting with subcontractor accounts and cost control
- Supporting the commercial team through project delivery to final account
- Maintaining accurate financial records and forecasts
Requirements
- Experience as an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor within MEP and construction
- Strong commercial fit-out and/or high-rise residential project experience
- Good construction awareness with an understanding of MEP packages
- Comfortable learning and using new computer systems (training provided)
- Organised, commercially aware, and able to work within a live project environment
