FBR Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a house builder for a site in Dorset. We are looking for a permanent Site Manager to start March 2026. Salary and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Managing trades
- Managing programmes
- Working closely with an assistant
- Ensuring everything is to budget
- Chairing internal and external meetings, completions and CML's
- Snagging
- Toolbox/induction talks
- Ensuring the health and safety is of high priority across the site
Qualifications
- Proven record of working successfully on previous housing developers
- Minimum of 2 years' experience
- Strong leader
- Good communication skills
- IT proficient
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid all in date
- Proactive, hardworking and problem-solver
- Somebody who is out on site pushing it along
- Someone who takes pride in what they build and wants a long-term career of progression
