Overview: We are seeking a technically capable Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Consultant with a strong HR module focus to support our internal team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the underlying architecture of D365 F&O and can make configuration-level changes, particularly around HR functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customisations and extensions in X++ to tailor D365 F&O HR functionality (including Compensation, Benefits, Leave & Absence, Self-Service).
- Build and maintain integrations between D365 F&O HR and third-party systems (e.g., payroll, recruitment platforms).
- Create custom data entities, reports, and workflows to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with HR Functional Consultants to translate functional specs into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and data migration issues.
- Perform code reviews, testing, and deployment in line with Microsoft best practices.
