Our client is expanding its Digital PMO capability and is seeking a Reporting Service Design Lead to shape how reporting drives decision-making across major programmes. This role goes beyond producing reports; you'll define how reporting operates, how it supports governance, and how it becomes a core service within a modern Digital PMO.
Working across project management, project controls and PMO design, you'll translate strategic vision into practical, adoptable reporting capability while ensuring the live service runs smoothly and delivers genuine insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the Reporting Service
- Lead creation of executive and programme reporting packs aligned to governance cycles.
- Ensure outputs are decision-ready with clear performance insight and actions.
- Facilitate reporting cycles and governance forums to enable timely, effective conversations.
- Work with delivery teams to ensure reporting reflects true delivery reality.
- Design the Reporting Operating Model
- Define and evolve the Reporting-as-a-Service model-service catalogue, processes and roles.
