You will work closely with Technical Project Managers, supporting detailed plan management across multiple parallel critical paths. Responsibilities include:

  • Updating and replanning schedules
  • Managing WBS/PBS elements
  • Supporting configuration and change management activities
  • Maintaining RAID logs
  • Coordinating quality gateways and governance forums
  • Attending and shadowing PMs at stand-ups and sprint ceremonies (with deputising as required)
  • Helping ensure effective use of Kanban boards
  • Collating progress reporting
  • Providing high-quality governance support including minute-taking and action tracking

About you: You'll have experience working in a programme or PMO environment, supporting supply-side project delivery.
