We are seeking an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer with strong hands-on expertise in the Guidewire InsuranceSuite platform. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of ClaimCenter configuration and development using Gosu, and will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting high-quality claims solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement customizations and integrations within the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Configure and maintain ClaimCenter components, including workflows, rules, data models, and user interfaces.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain unit tests to ensure solution quality, stability, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to the ClaimCenter platform.
  • Participate in peer code reviews and ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
  • Work closely with QA teams to support system and user acceptance testing and resolve identified defects.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members and support stakeholders as needed.
  • Stay current with Guidewire product upgrades, patches, and insurance industry trends to ensure optimal and future-ready solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with the Guidewire InsuranceSuite platform.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration and development.
  • Strong proficiency in Gosu programming language.
  • Experience with ClaimCenter configuration areas such as rules, workflows, data models, and integrations.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
