An exciting AI-powered EdTech company, founded just over 2 years ago, is on a rapid growth trajectory. With over 1 million users and £4 million in total funding, this innovative startup is gearing up for Series A and is looking to expand its Engineering team. They are now seeking two talented Founding Engineers to join their small but dynamic team of 7 (including 5 Engineers) to help scale the company further.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Working directly with the Founders to shape the future of the product and engineering team.
- Owning end-to-end processes, from ideation through to delivery.
- Building and scaling the platform with a focus on user-driven product development.
- Contributing to and improving the engineering culture in a fast-paced startup environment.
We're Looking For:
- Product-driven Engineers with a passion for solving problems through technology.
- Ideally, you have startup experience and are comfortable in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
- Strong experience with Python, Postgres, Redis, SQL, Docker, AWS.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to own projects from start to finish.
Location: London - 2 days per week onsite
Salary: £90k - £120k
