This role focuses on developing and maintaining high-quality, insight-led schedules, enabling enhanced visibility, forecasting, and informed decision-making across the programme lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated, logic-driven programmes, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and alignment to delivery objectives.
- Lead critical path analysis, scenario modelling, and schedule optimisation to support proactive programme delivery.
- Generate data-driven planning insights, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
- Support the development of robust baselines and maintain change-controlled programme plans.
