Our client, an esteemed organisation in the Defence & Security sector, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Integration Engineer for a 12-month contract position based in Warton. This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals with expertise in systems integration, keen to contribute to cutting-edge defence projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working on the integration of complex systems within the defence domain
  • Collaborating with various engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration
  • Assessing and troubleshooting integration issues to ensure system functionality
  • Providing technical input and support throughout the lifecycle of projects
  • Ensuring compliance with ITAR regulations and other relevant standards
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting on progress
  • Contributing to risk assessments and mitigation strategies
  • Supporting the development and implementation of integration procedures

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in systems integration within the Defence & Security sector
  • Strong understanding of integration processes and methodologies
  • Ability to manage and resolve complex technical integration issues
  • Familiarity with ITAR regulations and BPSS & SC clearance requirements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification

Contract Details:

  • 12-month contract with a standard working week
  • Position based in Warton 2 days per week and 1 day a week in Samlesbury
  • Subject to BPSS & SC clearance in flight
  • Compliance with ITAR regulations required
