Join a well-established and respected retail brand in Fareham as a PMO Analyst, supporting large-scale transformation initiatives. You\’ll play a key role within a high-performing IT Portfolio Management Office, driving project governance, transparency, and reporting across critical programmes.

?? What You\’ll Be Doing:

  • Work closely with delivery leads and value stream owners to maintain high-quality project plans, reports, and governance processes
  • Provide structured support for programme and portfolio boards through timely reporting and clear documentation
  • Track and manage change controls and RAID items – Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies – across multiple workstreams, ensuring clear ownership, timely escalation, and effective resolution
  • Promote visibility and alignment across teams to drive delivery efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent planning, prioritisation, and governance across the portfolio

? What We\’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience working within an IT PMO function in a complex delivery environment
  • Hands-on experience working within a global corporate business environment
  • Strong knowledge of portfolio tools and planning frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Project)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with an analytical, detail-driven mindset
  • Project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) desirable
