?? What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Work closely with delivery leads and value stream owners to maintain high-quality project plans, reports, and governance processes
- Provide structured support for programme and portfolio boards through timely reporting and clear documentation
- Track and manage change controls and RAID items – Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies – across multiple workstreams, ensuring clear ownership, timely escalation, and effective resolution
- Promote visibility and alignment across teams to drive delivery efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent planning, prioritisation, and governance across the portfolio
? What We\’re Looking For:
- Proven experience working within an IT PMO function in a complex delivery environment
- Hands-on experience working within a global corporate business environment
- Strong knowledge of portfolio tools and planning frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Project)
