Our client in the Defence & Security sector is seeking a Senior Systems Specialist. Join them at their Farnborough, where you will work with groundbreaking technology alongside some of the industry's brightest minds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and Subject Matter Expertise across SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise systems
- Manage system configuration, security, governance, and compliance
- Lead system support, incident resolution, and service delivery
- Oversee integrations, data management, and system lifecycle activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners
- Drive continuous improvement, documentation, testing, and knowledge sharing
Job Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors and the wider SAP product landscape
- Experience configuring, supporting, integrating, and optimising SuccessFactors modules
- Proven ability to shape system roadmaps and lead design and enhancement initiatives
