Overview
We are seeking a Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace Administrator to support and administer a modern cloud-first workplace environment. The successful candidate will have strong experience across Microsoft 365 technologies, user administration, device management, cloud collaboration platforms and Microsoft security services.
The role will also provide support and administration for Turbo360 and contribute towards the adoption and governance of Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled workplace technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration and support of the Microsoft 365 platform.
- Management of Entra ID (Azure AD), user lifecycle, access controls and identity management.
- Administration of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
- Support and management of Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
- Monitoring and maintenance of Microsoft security and compliance services.
- Troubleshooting and resolution of M365 platform issues.
- Assisting with Microsoft Copilot deployment, administration and governance.
- Supporting AI adoption initiatives across the organisation.
- Working with business stakeholders to optimise Modern Workplace solutions.
