- Proven technical leadership across IT infrastructure.
- Experience with identity management products such as One Identity Safeguard, One Identity Active Roles, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Proficiency in Azure SSO, infrastructure automation (e. g., Ansible, Terraform, Git Lab), and cloud platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of IT industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Ability to develop and maintain infrastructure roadmaps and governance processes.
- Solid technical knowledge in Microsoft Technologies, Ubuntu, Red Hat, VMware VCF, data centres, networking, firewall, and security measures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (on-site and remote).
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end physical, virtual, and cloud platforms, supporting the organisations strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement IT roadmaps, principles, and guiderails alongside the Infosec and Architecture teams.
- Provide technical leadership in IT infrastructure, covering Ia C (Ansible, Terraform, Git Lab, Kubernetes, Entra, Active Directory, VCF, Azure Infrastructure).
- Lead infrastructure transformation from traditional methodologies to modern, optimised solutions.
- Hands-on involvement to educate teams and accelerate programme deliveries as needed.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships across IT teams, fostering collaboration.
- Advise on future infrastructure solutions, outlining risks, costs, benefits, and capabilities.
- Lead cloud adoption initiatives across the IT organisation.
