Our client, a leading technology company, is currently seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their growing team in Fareham. The role involves supporting multiple companies with their IT requirements and may include regular visits to clients in the local area, including Portsmouth and Southampton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive IT support to various clients
- Troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT-related issues
- Administering and installing Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Supporting desktop and server environments
- Managing and maintaining PC hardware and components
- Utilising knowledge of cloud services, including Office 365, One Drive, and SharePoint Online
- Maintaining strong documentation and communication with clients
- Adhering to SLAs and ensuring timely closure of support tickets
- Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships
Job Requirements:
- Experience in IT Support
- Proficiency in troubleshooting IT issues and using initiative
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
- Experience with cloud services such as Office 365 and One Drive/SharePoint Online
- Ability to administer and install Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Good understanding of desktop and server support
