A leader in the Defence & Security sector is seeking a dedicated Hardware Team Leader for a 12-month contract based in Rochester. The role requires full-time on-site presence and involves coordinating and guiding a team of skilled hardware engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team of hardware engineers to ensure effective project delivery
- Planning, overseeing, and tracking hardware development activities
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and defence sector requirements
- Providing technical guidance and support to team members
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
