Our client is seeking Data BAs to provide cross-squad, data-focused oversight across customer and colleague journey delivery. You'll sit between functional squads and enterprise data/analytics teams to ensure features are designed with reporting, downstream data provisioning, MDM, migration, data quality/lineage and enterprise standards in mind. This role complements (not replaces) the squad with a focus on data meaning, measurability and downstream usability.
Key Responsibilities
- Data-focused requirements analysis: Partner with squad BAs, Technical BAs and stakeholders to capture reporting/analytics needs, define measurable business events, shape epics/features, and identify gaps in source data models that could impact reporting, integration, migration or MDM.
- Cross-workstream data alignment: Act as the link between squads and enterprise data workstreams.
