We are looking for an experienced System Integration Test (SIT) Manager to lead integration quality and assurance across complex, multi-system delivery environments. This role ensures integrated solutions meet required quality, stability, and non-functional standards before moving into downstream test phases.
Key Responsibilities
- SIT Strategy & Delivery
- Define and deliver the SIT strategy in line with programme milestones, integration scope, and dependencies.
- Manage SIT planning, estimation, execution, defect management, and reporting.
- Own SIT entry, progression, and exit decisions to ensure readiness for the next phases.
- Governance & Assurance
- Provide oversight and assurance across all SIT activities, ensuring alignment with programme-level quality expectations.
- Represent SIT in governance forums and support go/no-go and readiness decisions.
- Identify and communicate integration, data, and end-to-end risks clearly to stakeholders.
- Integration Quality & Coverage
- Ensure SIT covers functional, integration, data, and relevant non-functional testing.
- Validate data migrations, interfaces, and end-to-end behaviour to reduce risk to UAT, OAT, and Production.
- Monitor and enforce environment, test data, and deployment standards.
- Coordination & Leadership
- Lead and coordinate QA Engineers, Leads, suppliers, and third parties across multiple systems and platforms.
- Support resolution of integration defects and cross-team dependencies.
- Provide coaching and guidance to QA team members within complex integration environments.
- Risk & Reporting
- Own integration risks and drive mitigations across delivery teams.
- Provide clear, concise SIT reporting highlighting conflicts, constraints, and key decision points.
- Recommend risk-based trade-offs balancing quality, cost, and schedule.
