Our client, within the UK Health sector, is currently seeking an Enterprise Technology Architect to join their Technology & Information Architectures team on a contract basis. This role focuses on improving health services and outcomes through innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding software systems and processes in place across at least one Integrated Care Board (ICB) for appointment management across care settings
- Analysing integration patterns and interfaces of different appointment management systems within at least one ICB
- Performing gap analysis between existing services/platforms for appointment management and NHS App interfaces
- Defining necessary interfaces for onboarding in line with Referrals and Appointments or proposing the most appropriate patterns for reuse
- Onboarding system suppliers and developers for appointment management
- Supporting an improved onboarding process for system suppliers and developers for appointment management
- Collaborating within the project to achieve desired outcomes
Job Requirements:
- Experience in IT architecture, specifically within the healthcare sector
- Strong understanding of software systems and processes related to appointment management
- Knowledge of integration patterns and interfaces in healthcare settings
- Ability to perform detailed gap analysis and propose effective solutions
- Experience with the NHS App and related interfaces
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
