Our client, a leading player in the technology sector, is currently seeking a Senior Quality Manager on a contract basis. This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone with significant expertise in IT Quality Assurance and Quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enabling the most effective Quality Assurance delivery strategy for your accountable area within time and cost constraints.
  • Ensuring resource forecasting and actualisation are accurately captured and maintained.
  • Driving a Quality Engineering resource structure to deliver work-package management of estimates, planning, implementation, execution, and reporting requirements for software delivery.
  • Delivering Quality Engineering outcomes in line with stakeholder governance requirements.
  • Leading a team of Quality Managers, Quality Leads, and Quality Engineers by providing consultancy and support in the Quality Engineering and Quality Assessment domains, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Line and performance management of internal colleagues assigned as part of the organisational structure.
  • Acting as a point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring understanding and continual education of Quality Assurance principles and goals.
  • Deputising for the Principal Engineer when required.
