Our client, a global engineering consultancy, is currently seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their global support team on a contract basis.
Key
Responsibilities: Provide critical IT support to business users, ensuring smooth operational activities.
Configure and upgrade desktop hardware and software installations.
Monitor systems and manage PC deployments.
Resolve Service Desk requests and incidents using the Service Now ticketing management system.
Diagnose and fix hardware and software problems.
Collaborate with third-party maintenance engineers when necessary.
Potentially report for emergency duties outside of normal office hours.
Support other offices through business trips when required.
Job
Requirements: Proven experience in an IT support role involving extensive customer support, both remotely and in-person.
Comprehensive understanding of Windows Environment and extensive experience with MS Office Suite.
A+ Certification.
Ability to travel and pass a driving record review.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong technical expertise, curiosity, creativity, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
