Our client, a leading technology company, is currently seeking a Director of Product to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Product Development Process (PDP), including the identification, evaluation, prioritisation, and design of products and platforms.
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, roadmap, and release plans aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Work closely with senior leaders across technology, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure the successful delivery and launch of innovative and high-quality products.
  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and assess new product opportunities, enhancements, and potential market expansions, responding proactively to changes in the competitive and regulatory landscape.
  • Support the development of product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans in collaboration with marketing and commercial teams.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the product team, fostering a culture of customer focus, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Work with the technology/engineering teams to develop creative solutions to customer problems, needs and wants that generate effect ROI and deliver value to our customers when they need it.
