Data Product Owner

Requirements

• We are looking for a commercially aware professional with strong stakeholder management skills.
• We need someone who can influence, align, and challenge effectively.
• We require experience in analytics, MI, or data platforms.
• We want proven ability to translate business requirements into structured work for technical teams.
• We need working knowledge of SQL or data tools such as Databricks.

Responsibilities

• We own and prioritize a value-driven backlog across data and MI initiatives.
• We translate business needs into clear epics and user stories with defined outcomes.
• We lead delivery for Scrum teams of 5 to 6 people, working closely with Analysts, Engineers, and QAs.
• We align priorities with stakeholders to maximize value.
• We manage dependencies and proactively resolve conflicts to keep delivery on track.

This is a mostly remote position based in Reigate, with office attendance required once every two weeks.
