Our client, a leading player in the fintech, technology, marketing, and retail sectors, is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to join their dynamic team. This is a permanent role, responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and strategic alignment within the organisation. As COO, you will work closely with the Group CEO to drive organisational performance and operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership
    • Oversee day-to-day operations across the business
    • Work closely with the operations team to meet customer SLAs for delivery and dispatch
    • Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy, and supply chain performance
    • Drive efficiencies through optimisation of processes, systems, and procedures
    • Contribute to the development and rollout of future operational services
  • Customer Onboarding and Client Services
    • Oversee and optimise customer onboarding processes to ensure a seamless client experience
    • Develop support strategies to service customers across all sectors
    • Oversee process flow and optimisation
  • Project Management
    • Oversee delivery of key operational and strategic projects
    • Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
    • Implement structured project governance, reporting, and communication
