We are looking for a skilled Avaloq Developer to join our technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for customising the Avaloq Core Platform (ACP) to meet business requirements, automating banking workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems. You will work closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate complex financial products (FX, Treasury, Securities) into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Customisation & Scripting: Design and develop new functionalities using Avaloq Script and PL/SQL.
- Parameterisation: Configure and fine-tune Avaloq core modules, including workflows, order types, and settlement processes.
- System Integration: Build and maintain interfaces (APIs, adapters) between Avaloq and external platforms like Bloomberg, Murex, or regulatory reporting tools.
- Business Analysis Support: Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for private banking and wealth management domains.
- Incident Management: Provide Level 3 support, performing root-cause analysis for production defects and batch processing issues.
- Release Management: Manage the deployment lifecycle, from unit testing and SIT/UAT support to final production cutovers.

- Avaloq Expertise: Proven experience with the Avaloq Banking Suite and its data model.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL (packages, procedures, performance tuning) and Avaloq Script.
