About The Role
This is a full-time, 1-year FTC hybrid role based at our headquarters in St Albans for a Graduate student. As part of the Trade Marketing team, this role offers varied, fast-paced exposure across the function. You will be hands-on, supporting FBC UK Trade Marketing teams in developing and adapting category strategies for different product categories, aiming to maximize sales and profits through tailored client and category approaches. As a Graduate at FBC UK, you'll gain practical experience across departments, mentorship from industry leaders, and work on exciting projects within your chosen field. Supported by our Learning Team, Line Managers, and an ambitious graduate cohort, you'll acquire valuable skills and knowledge in a company passionate about crafting beloved biscuits.

Main Responsibilities
- Category Relationship: Assisting the Customer Category Team in delivering an omnichannel approach in Major Mults (focused on Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Asda) by providing focus on convenience and online channels.
- Supporting the team in observing and identifying industry-leading activations and initiatives to develop best-in-class FBC UK initiatives (e.g., Perfect Store).
- Market Analysis & Insight: Supporting analysis of category, competition, and consumer data to identify opportunities and develop new category plans.
- Enhancing current reporting by integrating Tesco Dunnhumby, Asda Quantum, and Sainsbury’s SIP data.
- Assisting in developing tools and processes to drive our Retailer Brand business (e.g., coding Retailer Brand data).
- Team Evolution and Development: Supporting the team in implementing tools like Space Planning Software, Ultralysis Performance Tool, and Retailer Brand Coding into the business.
