About The Role

As a HR Professional Partner at our Batley site, you will provide efficient and effective HR service across shifts. You'll support managers and employees with HR policies, procedures, employment law, and best practices while collaborating with the HR team to promote a culture of excellence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Challenge team cultures to align with organizational values.
  • Stay informed on HR trends and practices.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to support the People Strategy.
  • Provide advice and coaching on people-related issues.
  • Educate and partner with managers on performance management.
  • Support change management projects.
  • Develop and deliver HR-related projects.
  • Manage Employee Relations and Union Matters.
  • Support HR strategy and business strategy.
  • Assist with ER case work as needed.

What are the key ingredients for the role?

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced HR role; CIPD level 5 is desirable.
  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge of HR systems and legislation.
  • Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment is desirable.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of HR practices.
