About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Trade Marketing function here at FBC! We are looking for someone to be the focal point within the Commercial department during the BDG/PS Process, according to the timeline received.
Main Responsibilities
- BDG/PS: Supports FBC UK in the Strategic Plan (PS) & Budgeting cycle providing all relevant information and analysis. Facilitates the definition of Sales plans for Strategic Plan (PS) & Budgeting cycles. Supports the Commercial Team in the coordination of different Departments in the Strategic Plan (PS) / Budget Process. Supports TM, RB&P, Sales and Marketing in the definition of volume plan to be proposed for the P&L creation based on the Bottom-up Company Plan.
- S&OP CYCLE: Facilitates Yearly Sales Forecast. Facilitates new initiatives presentation during S&OP cycle. Facilitates commercial initiatives sharing and relative impacts on volumes. Acts as chairman of the Sales Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings. Monitors & evaluates sales trends vs forecast plans. Discusses possible plan(s) adjustments with Sales Team. Monitors continuously the market situation to ensure products availability. Identifies promptly anomalous trends and suggests remediation actions.

- Significant experience in a commercial role within an FMCG environment.
- Experience in RGM, Commercial Finance or Sales.
- Extensive knowledge of operating both Branded and Retailer Brand P&Lās.
- Strong understanding of forecast & budget setting processes.
