FBC Manby Bowdler is looking for a compassionate and committed COP Paralegal or Solicitor to join our esteemed Court of Protection team, working closely alongside Christopher Bate in our Wolverhampton Head Office. This is a role with real purpose. You’ll be supporting some of our most vulnerable clients, often over many years, helping them navigate life with dignity, stability, and trust. A caring, empathetic and patient approach is absolutely essential as our clients rely on us not just for legal guidance, but for human understanding. Previous Court of Protection experience is essential, whether gained in a paralegal or solicitor capacity.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting with the management of financial and welfare matters under the Court of Protection
  • Working collaboratively with Chris Bate and our wider COP team
  • Building meaningful relationships with clients, families, and external professionals
