Are you a UK-qualified Family Solicitor looking to build your career within a highly regarded and supportive Family Law team?
At FBC Manby Bowdler, we are proud to provide exceptional legal advice while helping clients navigate some of life's most challenging and emotional situations. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Family Solicitor (NQ - 2 PQE) to join our established and successful team in Telford.
The Opportunity
Working alongside experienced family lawyers, you will gain exposure to a broad range of privately funded family matters and play an important role in supporting clients through often life-changing circumstances.
Your work will include:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial settlements and financial remedies
- Child arrangements and other private children matters
- Cohabitation disputes and agreements
- Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
- Child maintenance and financial provision
- Domestic abuse matters
- Adoption, surrogacy and fertility law
- Property disputes involving family relationships
- Separation agreements and relationship advice for unmarried couples
- You will be joining a team committed to achieving positive outcomes for clients through a constructive, solutions-focused approach, seeking to minimise conflict wherever possible and helping families reach practical and lasting resolutions.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a UK-qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ - 2 PQE)
- Has completed a Family Law seat or gained experience in family matters
- Demonstrates excellent client care and communication skills
- Has strong drafting, organisational and time management abilities
- Is empathetic, professional and commercially aware
- Is keen to develop their expertise within a respected Family Law practice
- Has a genuine interest in supporting clients through complex and often sensitive family matters
