At FBC Manby Bowdler, one of the Midlands' leading law firms, we are experiencing exciting growth, and we are looking for a talented Commercial Property Associate to join our busy and vibrant Shrewsbury office. While we are open to candidates based in Telford, Shrewsbury is preferred for this role due to its central location within our expanding network. You will work alongside our experienced partners and colleagues in a thriving and collaborative environment, handling a wide range of commercial property matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in commercial property law to develop your skills and contribute to the continued success of the firm.
What We’re Looking For:
- A UK qualified solicitor with 2 to 5 years PQE (guide only) in Commercial Property law, including experience in acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, leases, development projects, and property finance.
- Someone with a strong business development network (or in the process of building this) with the ability to generate new work and expand the client base.
- A proven track record in maintaining and nurturing client relationships, delivering excellent service, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- A proactive approach to business development, actively seeking opportunities to cross-sell services and introduce yourself to clients across other firm disciplines.
- A client-focused attitude, with a passion for delivering high-quality, practical legal solutions.
