- Support eligible students with Student Finance application guidance.
- Liaise with university admissions teams to monitor applications, resolve issues and ensure timely submissions.
- Maintain accurate student records, communications and follow-up activities within the company CRM.
- Convert suitable enquiries into successful applications and enrolments while maintaining a high standard of student care.
- Support workshops, student information sessions, open days, partner meetings and recruitment events.
- Assist with sub-partner onboarding, communications and training where required.
- Prepare reports and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the London branch.
- Ensure confidentiality, data protection and compliance standards are followed at all times.
- Contribute ideas to improve student experience, admissions processes and team performance.
Essential Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, admissions, sales, telesales or lead conversion.
- Proven ability to manage enquiries and convert leads into applications, sales or enrolments.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confident, professional and empathetic approach when dealing with students and families.
- Excellent organisation, follow-up and CRM/data-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a busy office environment.
- Comfortable working towards agreed performance and conversion targets.
- Available to work full-time, in person, from our London office in E1 1BJ.
Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience in UK university admissions or education consultancy.
- Knowledge of Student Finance England processes.
- Experience working with CRM systems, online application portals and spreadsheets.
- Experience supporting events, workshops, university liaison or partner relationships.
- Experience supporting both Home and International students.
What We Offer
- Permanent, full-time role within an established UK education consultancy.
- Competitive basic salary, depending on experience.
