The Opportunity
As Senior Contracts Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple commercial fit-out projects across London.
You'll lead Project Managers and site teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the exceptional quality standards the business is known for.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the successful delivery of multiple CAT A & CAT B commercial fit-out projects.
- Lead, mentor and support Project Managers and site teams across live sites.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor programme, commercial performance and project risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Chair project progress meetings and report on performance to senior leadership.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure contractual obligations and company standards are consistently achieved.
