Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based in Central London. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with the Commercial Director, Contracts Managers and Project Managers, you will be responsible for the full commercial management of refurbishment and fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered profitably while maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships.
